Workstation assessments are designed to manage the risks associated with poorly set up workstations and sedentary working practices.
What are the health risks associated with DSE?
If your workstation is poorly set up you run the risk of eye strain, fatigue, backache, and upper limber problems. Left untreated these can lead to long term health issues which can easily be avoided. The way to avoid DSE injuries and associated claims is to carry out regular DSE workstation assessments.
